James Cowper Kreston appoints new Partner

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Hawthorn as a Partner in our outsourcing team, based in our Reading office.

Clare brings over 20 years of  experience, advising businesses at every stage of their growth journey, from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to ambitious scaleup companies. Prior to joining James Cowper Kreston, Clare was a Partner at BDO UK and previously held senior roles at Moore Stephens UK.

In her new role, Clare will help businesses achieve their growth ambitions by providing strategic financial guidance, whether they are launching a new venture, scaling operations, or navigating the next phase of development. She is committed to building strong client relationships and helping organisations achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Clare's expertise includes outsourced finance functions, growth advisory, management information, financial reporting and accounting systems implementation. She also has extensive experience overseeing service delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Her appointment reflects the continued growth of our outsourcing offering and further strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality, partner led support to our clients.
