Press ReleasesMartin Audio, the designer and manufacturer of premium high-performance loudspeaker systems, has recently been acquired through a management buy-out headed by Dom Harter.
Established by sound engineer, Dave Martin, in the 1970s the firm has over 60 staff and an annual turnover of £20m. The high quality speaker systems they create have been used at events and performances around the world.
James Cowper Kreston acted for LDC who invested £12m for a significant stake in the company. The corporate finance team acted as buy side advisors to LDC.
