Our Corporate Finance team advises Chiltern Capital on its investment in Strata Products

Our Corporate Finance team recently provided financial and tax due diligence services to Chiltern Capital on their recent investment in Strata Products (“Strata”), a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of plastic products for the home, office and garden markets.

Strata, founded in 1987 and based in Nottinghamshire, was previously a subsidiary of Berry Global Group, Inc. a Fortune 500 developer, manufacturer and distributor of plastic products, across a broad range of markets. Strata has a 320,000 square feet state of the art factory operating 24/7, to create high quality and innovative products for their global customer base.

The investment wasled by CEO Jay Ilsen, and experienced Private Equity CFO, Ian Hendrie, will join the Board. Management will also be supported through the introduction of an experienced private equity and plastics manufacturing expert, Glen Sabin, as Non-Executive Chair.
