James Cowper Kreston has provided lead advisory services to Airbase Interiors Limited ("Airbase", "the Company") on its disposal to Aero Technics Limited ("Aero Technics"), an aircraft maintenance company.
Located in Gatwick and evolved from Airbase Services (UK) in May 2006, Airbase is a leading provider of cabin interior maintenance and support services to the aviation industry. Widely recognised across Europe, the Company provides services including the manufacture, maintenance, repair and overhaul of all types of cabin and galley equipment.
Founded in 2002, the acquirer, Aero Technics, is a leading aviation group focussed on aircraft interiors, kitting services, design services and composites.
