Advising YFM on TWO Services Investment

We are pleased to announce that our Corporate Finance team successfully advised YFM Equity Partners on its investment in TWO Services, a UK-based commercial kitchen cleaning and maintenance company.

Established over 35 years ago, TWO Services is a family-owned business and one of the UK’s leading providers of commercial kitchen cleaning and maintenance services. The company specialises in supporting catering and facilities management customers who manage kitchens across the education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial sectors.

YFM Equity Partners has invested in TWO Services to support the next phase of its growth, helping the business expand its service offering, strengthen its market position, and build on its established reputation within the commercial cleaning and maintenance sector.

Our Corporate Finance team was led by Stuart Williams, Corporate Finance Partner, alongside Jack Griggs, Corporate Finance Director and Becky Bodger, Corporate Finance Manager.
