Advising Hypha on TREND Networks Investment

We are pleased to announce that our Corporate Finance team provided financial and tax due diligence services to Hypha Private Equity on its investment in TREND Networks Limited, a UK-based company specialising in data cable and networking testing equipment.

TREND is a developer of connected test, measurement and certification solutions for copper and fibre data networks. The business has global operations, with offices in Germany and the United States and more than 200,000 devices in the field across more than 90 countries.  More than 10 million tests exist in its AnyWARE Cloud, providing customers with a traceable digital record of network performance and certification.

Hypha is backing TREND through the next phase of its development, with new investment directed at accelerating product innovation, expanding its connected product and cloud ecosystem, strengthening commercial capabilities and increasing its international market presence.

Our Corporate Finance team was led by Brad McAvoy, Corporate Finance Partner, alongside Nikul Patel, Corporate Finance Director, with Phil Snell and Will Reid providing support from our Tax team.
