Our Corporate Finance team advises Urban Planters

Our Corporate Finance team are pleased to announce their role as corporate finance adviser to Urban Planters (“Urban Planters” or “the Group”) on the receipt of their investment from top FTSE30 company Rentokil Initial plc (“Rentokil Initial”). 

Urban Planters design, source, install and maintain indoor and outdoor plants and other plant-related products.  The Group holds a unique market position as a leading provider of interior and exterior landscaping services, helping organisations enhance their environmental credentials. This specialist offering allows Urban Planters to cater to a growing demand for green solutions in commercial and public spaces, making it a sought-after brand.

The acquisition by Rentokil Initial will allow the Managing Directors of Urban Planters to continue to develop the business, but with the added support of a top FTSE30 company to collaborate with, help grow the business and share their vision for taking the business to the next level.
