Our Corporate Finance team advises YFM Equity Partners on its MBO

Our Corporate Finance team recently advised YFM Equity Partners (“YFM”) on its management buyout, providing financial due diligence, tax due diligence and tax structuring advice.

Established more than four decades ago, YFM is one of the UK’s longest-standing investors in high-growth, entrepreneur-led businesses with a strong presence in the VCT market and a proven track record in backing ambitious businesses nationwide.
