The recognition is based on feedback from employees, who anonymously shared their experiences of working at James Cowper Kreston through Great Place To Work® UK's Trust Index© survey. Great Place To Work® UK administered its research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed responses from employees across the UK's financial services and insurance sector to determine the 2026 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ list.
