We’re proud to announce that for the second year in a row we have been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, a prestigious award based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at the firm. This year, 75% of our employees said it’s a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK based company.
Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
Survey results highlight exceptional employee satisfaction, with 98% of staff saying we are a physically safe place to work. We are also recognised for our commitment to inclusion, with 97% agreeing people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, and 92% affirming fair treatment regardless of sex or race.
"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasises that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that James Cowper Kreston stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."
Richard Dickson, HR Director at James Cowper Kreston, commented: “We’re proud to be Great Place To Work-Certified™ for the second year in a row. This recognition reflects our continued commitment to creating a positive employee experience and the dedication of our team of employees at the firm. We value their contributions and the role they play in our success.”
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
