Role:

Our clients range from technology spinouts to owner managed businesses and to international groups.  You will be responsible for helping clients manage their tax affairs as well as assisting managers and partners with challenging and engaging advisory projects.  For more experienced individuals we also offer opportunities to manage your own portfolio and take the lead on projects.

Responsibilities will include.

• Undertaking Corporation Tax Compliance and Advisory assignments
• Liaising with a wide variety of companies including SME’s, OMB’s and Private Equity backed companies
• Liaising with HMRC
• Training new joiners

Key requirements:

• ATT/CTA Part-qualified or newly qualified with the ability to demonstrate corporate tax technical skills; however, the main requirement is an ability to learn and develop and we would consider someone with an accountancy qualification who wants to move into taxation
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A team player – having the ability to work with the tax team and other members of the firm
