Our Corporate Finance team shortlisted in three categories at the South Coast Deals Awards 2026

We are pleased to announce that our Corporate finance team have been shortlisted in three categories for The Business Magazine’s South Coast Deals Awards 2026. The shortlisting recognises our team’s contribution to the South Coast dealmaking community and the successful transactions we have advised on across the region. The nominations are as follows:

• Corporate Finance Team of the Year 
• Deal of the Year (under £10m) – the acquisition of Chase Cricket Limited by Wyvols Court Farm Holdings.
• Deal of the Year (£10m - £50m) – the sale of Wessex Resins & Adhesives to PRO-SET Formulated Resin Systems.

Now in its eleventh year, the South Coast Deal Awards celebrates and recognises excellence across the region’s corporate finance and dealmaking community, and the 2026 winners will be revealed on 10th September at the Leonardo Royal Southampton.
