Farnham-based Bioventix Plc, a biotechnology company specialising in the creation and engineering of sheep monoclonal antibodies, listed onto AIM in April 2014. The Company had an annual turnover of c£2.7m, with increasing revenues year-on-year since incorporation.

Already an existing client of James Cowper Kreston, the Corporate Finance team were engaged once the decision to IPO had been made. Other advisers included finnCap who were the Nominated Adviser and Broker and Charles Russell LLP.
