European Wealth Management Group Limited is a financial planning and wealth management company providing services including retirement planning, stock broking, tax and estate planning and investment management services. The company’s clients include businesses, charities and trusts, individuals and families, institutions and professional intermediaries.
James Cowper Kreston were appointed Reporting Accountants for the company in respect of the reverse acquisition of European Wealth Management Group Plc into EW Group Limited – an AIM listed company. The James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance team’s management skills and solution-orientated approach were brought to the fore throughout the entire process.
