Based in Farnham, Surrey, Whiteoaks was founded in 1993 and is now one of the UK’s leading technology PR consultancies with annual fees exceeding £4m and more than 40 staff in its Surrey headquarters. Clients range from B2B technology companies to nice IT specialists.

The company’s specialist sectors include customer relationship management (CRM) software, enterprise resource planning, business process management, telecoms and cloud.

Whiteoaks PR Limited, consisting of the management team, was backed by Lloyd Bank. The team was led by James Kelliher who has taken the role of chairman and chief executive officer.  Suzanne Munton and Hayley Geoff made up the team and have also taken on new roles as managing director and client services director respectively.

The transaction utilised advisers from across the Thames Valley and working alongside the management  buy-out team, James Cowper Kreston successfully managed the process throughout whilst also highlighting the team’s expertise within the Marketing Services sector.
