Learning and Development

At James Cowper Kreston we realise people are different, and we pride ourselves on treating everyone as individuals. We encourage our people to take responsibility for their own learning and development and work with team members to help them achieve their goals.

We recognise that everyone has different talents and career aspirations. We offer the support and training that allows people to develop their skills and move along their chosen career path. The majority of our management team have developed and built their career within James Cowper Kreston.

Every person in the firm has an annual appraisal, with regular reviews throughout the year. This helps to focus on individual learning and development needs and provides a platform on which to build.  Learning and development can take many different forms, from updating technical knowledge, improving IT skills and management training, through to studying for professional qualifications.
