We recognise that everyone has different talents and career aspirations. We offer the support and training that allows people to develop their skills and move along their chosen career path. The majority of our management team have developed and built their career within James Cowper Kreston.
Every person in the firm has an annual appraisal, with regular reviews throughout the year. This helps to focus on individual learning and development needs and provides a platform on which to build.
Learning and development can take many different forms, from updating technical knowledge, improving IT skills and management training, through to studying for professional qualifications. Whatever form the learning and development activity takes, we strive to ensure it's undertaken in conjunction with people and/or organisations who are leaders in their field.
Our commitment to training is recognised by our accreditation as an Investor in People employer. In return, it has helped us focus on developing all our people to achieve our business objectives.
